Yariv Dafna

Yariv Dafna Finance Director

Mr. Dafna joined Telit in 2003 and took an active role in Telit's IPO on AIM in 2005 and in other fundraisings that the company undertook since then.  In 2006, he was instrumental in the purchase of the M2M division of Bellwave (currently named Telit APAC) and the establishment of Telit Americas. Mr. Dafna took the position of group CFO from February 2007 to June 2012 and In July 2012, Mr. Dafna took the position of Corporate Development officer including responsibility for all the M&A activities in the Telit Group. In 2016 he was appointed the COO position with responsibility of all the operations and purchasing activities. In November 2017 he was appointed to the Board as Finance Director.

Mr. Dafna holds a BA in Business Administration and Accounting from the College of Management Academic Studies (Rishon LeZion, Israel), MBA from the Tel-Aviv University and he is a certified Public Accountant. Mr. Dafna began his professional career as an accountant at Deloitte Israel.

Mr. Yossi Moscovitz has been Chief Executive Officer of Automotive Solutions at Telit Communications PLC since March 25, 2016. He previously served as President of Telit Wireless Solutions for Telit Communications PLC. Mr. Moscovitz also served as Chief operating Officer and Head of the Data Products Business Division at Dai Italy for Telit Communications PLC.

Prior to working for Dai Italy, he was responsible for the management of the Data Products activity of Dai Israel. Before joining Dai Israel he was the Chief Executive Officer of Cell Data Ltd., an Israeli company engaged in the development and sales of data products utilising CDMA technology and the Chief Executive Officer of Microkim, an Israeli company operating in the field of wireless communications.

He holds a B.Sc.EE from the Technion, Israel's leading technological institute.

Carlos Perez joined Telit as Regional Sales Director for Iberia in July 2005. Since then he has held different positions in the sales department managing Southern America, France and Western Europe prior to be appointed as VP Sales Europe.

Carlos earned his degree in Telecommunications Engineering in 1996 at Universidad Politécnica of Madrid, and right after he joined Diode, one of largest Spanish distributors for electronic and computing components where he held different positions before managing the Electronic Business Unit. During his time in Diode he started the wireless department and signed distribution agreement with Wavecom.

During 2002 and 2003 he attended an executive MBA program at IE (Instituto de Empresa) in Madrid.

Manish Watwani – EVP Global Product Management

Manish is responsible for defining product vision, driving product strategies, and creating new products and services to maintain and deliver Telit’s strategic and business objectives.

Before joining Telit in 2016, Manish managed multi-mode wireless chipsets and service delivery platform products at Qualcomm. He successfully managed and oversaw the launch of number of commercial products including flagship handsets from Tier1 OEMs, based on Qualcomm chipsets. He was also instrumental in driving IoT and mobile broadband business. Manish also held several product marketing/ management positions with Motorola and Siemens.

Manish has over 20 years in the semiconductor and wireless infrastructure industry. He has successfully managed and commercialized chipsets, software platforms and infrastructure products. Manish has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications from the Delhi College of Engineering and has an MBA in Strategic Management, Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.

Fred Yentz joined ILS Technology, a Telit company, as senior vice president and chief operating officer in January 2007, bringing with him more than 20 years industry experience in the technology solution market. Prior to ILS Technology, Fred Yentz served as Vice President and General Manager of RadiSys Corporation, a leading provider of embedded solutions for the telecommunications, enterprise data, medical equipment and the industrial automation marketplaces. While at RadiSys Corporation, Fred served in many capacities including the oversight of World Wide Sales, Marketing, Professional Service, and Business Development in addition to General Manager of Enterprise, Communication and Commercial operating divisions. Fred also worked for IBM where he held various positions with responsibility for Engineering, New Business Development and Management.

Mr. Yentz is named as an inventor on two U.S. patents and has received IBM’s First Level Plateau Invention Achievement Award. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), National Science and Technology Education Program (NSTEP), and is chairman of the Industry Advisory Board for Florida Atlantic University's College of Engineering. Mr. Yentz holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University (1988), a Master of Business Administration (1996) from the University of Miami, and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems (1997) from the University of Miami.

Sharon Arad-Tzuk joined Telit in October 2018 as the global VP HR. Prior to joining Telit, Mrs. Arad-Tzuk served 18 years in several HR roles in TEVA Pharmaceuticals, one of the leading Pharmaceuticals company.

In her last role she served as VP HR Business Partner for the API Business of TEVA Pharmaceuticals.

Prior to TEVA, Mrs. Arad-Tzuk served as HR Manager and Recruitment Leader for several High-Tech companies.

Mrs. Arad-Tzuk holds B.A. in Social Working from University of Haifa and has earned certifications in HR Senior Management, Mentoring, Coaching and Mediation.

Ms. Miller holds a BA in English Literature and Pre-Medicine from Barnard College of Columbia University in New York.

After obtaining her BA in New York, Ms. Miller studied law in London, becoming a Solicitor of England and Wales (non-practicing).

Ms. Miller is also a member of the Israeli Bar and has worked as a corporate and commercial lawyer at a number of law firms in London and Israel, before joining Telit.

Gal Olshinka

With more than 20 years of experience in technology management roles, Gal Olshinka oversees Telit’s IoT Services Product Management, Technical Support, and Business Operations. He is responsible for product management and delivery across Telit’s IoT Services portfolio; which includes IoT Platform, Industrial IoT/Factory Solutions, and IoT Connectivity.

Gal has served in several leadership roles for Telit since joining the company in 2011 as one of the founders of the Services BU.Gal holds a degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Tel-Aviv University.

Prior to Joining Telit, Mr. Edri served for 8 years as Finance director and CFO in Vigilant technology Ltd., AIM listed company specialized on Intelligent IP Surveillance and Security Solutions and lead the company to a successful IPO in 2005. Prior to this Mr. Edri served as a controller, in Harel Group, a dynamic investment company traded on Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange.

Mr. Edri holds a LL.M from Bar Ilan University and B.A. in Economics & Accounting with distinction from Ben Gurion University and is a certified Public Accountant. Mr. Edri began his Career as an accountant at BDO, Ziv & Haft firm.

Mr. Sandro Spanghero in Executive Vice President for Product and Solution team in Telit, with responsibility for Global R&D, PM and current position he reports to the President of P&S team. He has been Senior Vice President of Global PM at Telit Communications PLC since March 25, 2016. Mr. Spanghero served as Senior Vice President of Global R&D at Telit Communications PLC from 2007. Mr. Spanghero joined Telit in 1997 and was responsible for the RF Project. In 2002, he was appointed to lead the technical direction of R&D in Trieste driving the development of GSM oriented products. During this period he guided the conversion of R&D into the M2M Development. In 2007, he was appointed as Vice President of Global R&D coordinating the R&D teams in Trieste, Seoul and Cagliari. Prior to Telit, he spent 10 years in educational sector. He has a degree in Electronic engineering for Telecommunications at the Trieste University.


Alon Segal

Alon Segal CTO

Alon Segal is responsible for the technology roadmap and product strategy. He is a visionary technologist and Entrepreneur with global work experience. Throughout his career he has held senior technical roles that contributed to business growth and leading edge innovation. Prior to joining Telit Alon  was the Chief Product Officer and co-founder of Zoeticx, a ground breaking SaaS middleware solution that  turns healthcare IT into an active environment, where patient medical information reaches out for providers’ attention.

Alon served as Vice President of Portfolio Product Management at Amdocs (NYSE:DOX)  a $3B Telecom billing giant where he was responsible for the overall product portfolio roadmap and alignment. He was founder and CEO at Telespree Communications, a leading enabler of cloud-based wireless data services (Acquired by Evolving Systems). Prior to Telespree, Alon worked at Electronics For Imaging (NSADAQ:EFII) as a General Manager for Production Printing Systems, EFI's most profitable business unit. Alon has authored and been granted multiple patents, and his industry efforts have been recognized throughout his career as a recipient of numerous awards. Alon received an MBA in Finance and Operations Research from Tel Aviv University and a B.Cs Cum Laude from Technion (Israel Institute of Technology).

Itzhak brings more than 25 years of executive business management experience in multidisciplinary business and technological environments. Before joining Telit, he was co-founder and chairman of SOMETHING3D LTD, a technological company in the sector of polymer desktop 3D printing. He was also acting as a business coach and advisor for other companies.Mr. Molcho has also held CEO positions at METCO LTD (Middle East Tube Co., an Israeli public company) and AROMOR Flavors & Fragrances LTD. Earlier in his career, he has held positions as VP Operations/Development/Merchandising at ALONY LTD (construction finishing materials and products), MVT LTD (Multi Vision Technologies), ELGO Irrigation LTD.
He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from The Technion, Israel. Mr. Molcho is also a Lieutenant Colonel, IDF, Reserve Duty (Ordnance Corps).
