The objective of the Company’s shareholder’s incentive scheme (the “Scheme”) is to permit certain shareholders of the Company to: • purchase specific quantities of Domaine Chanzy and Maison Chanzy at discounted prices; and • participate in certain exclusive events and tastings to be organised by the Company from time to time.
