Immersive Media Corp. (IMC) is a digital video imaging company. IMC’s offerings include hardware, software, camera and post-production services. IMC also captures immersive imagery data,which is available for licensing. Immersive Video captures a complete spherical image, a high-resolution 360 degree view of surroundings that is stitched together using multiple video streams arranged according to geodesic geometry. IMC’s immersive movies can integrate global positioning system (GPS) coordinates and other metadata producing its GeoImmersive video. IMC’s open platform design interfaces with databases providing viewers with visual detail for decision-making. On February 12, 2007, the Company acquired Freestone Systems, Inc.
