Carlyle has just ~23m s/o is strictly focused on advancing its 100% owned fully permitted exploration and development asset in the Newton Gold Silver Project, located near Williams Lake in central British Columbia which is workable year-round.  Newton hosts a 2022 43-101 Resource Calculation of 861,400 Oz @ 0.63 g/t Au & 4,678,000 Oz @ 3.43 g/t Ag. The deposit covers just ~0.5 sq kms which represents only ~7% of the project's main anomaly (~4X2 kms) leaving significant room for resource infilling, expansion, and new discoveries. Past exploration includes $25m+ spent and 34,000m+ of drilling.  Newton is a great analogue with Artemis Gold's (TSX-V:ARTG) Blackwater Project located 180 kms to the north which boasts ~12m Oz Au with similar average grade, geological terrain, geology and deposit mineralization. Blackwater is currently one of the world's largest open-pit development projects with mine construction underway and production anticipated for early 2024.
