Carlyle Commodities Corp (CSE:CCC, OTCQB:CCCFF) told investors it has closed its non-brokered private placement of flow-through-units consisting of 4,501,762 units at $0.17 each for gross aggregate proceeds of $765,299.
It expects to use the proceeds of the offering for exploration expenditures at its flagship Newton Project in British Columbia.
Carlyle also announced the appointment of Alastair Brownlow, a chartered professional accountant with extensive experience working for listed mineral exploration and development companies globally, as its chief financial officer.
