EDM is an advanced stage Canadian developer focused on restarting the Scotia Mine near Halifax, Nova Scotia. It would be an open pit operation consisting of zinc, lead and gypsum and has +$100 million invested in the mine with mill, infrastructure, tailings pond and equipment. The existing infrastructure, long mine-life, low operating costs and access to a Deep-Water Port improves the economics dramatically. Pre-Feasibility Study in December 2021 delivered very attractive results: • C$174 million NPV (pre-tax) • 65% IRR (After tax) • 1.3 year payback • C$31 million Initial Capex (Low Capex Intensity) • US$0.50/lb C1 Cash Cost and US$ 0.52/lb AISC • 14.3 year mine life • C$357 million in free cashflow over life of mine
