Based in Australia, the Company is made up of ION Automotive Group and ION Energy Services Group. ION Automotive Group comprises three divisions: Automotive Wheels, which designs and manufactures specialty wheels and complementary products with operations in Auckland, New Zealand and North Plymption, South Australia; Engine Components, which manufactures various engine products and components in North Plympton, South Australia, using permanent mould gravity casting processes, and Driveline Systems, which manufactures four- and six-speed transmissions, transfer cases and differentials in Albury, New South Wales. ION Energy Services Group provides a nationwide distribution network for the distribution of fuels, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and other hazardous chemicals.
