Coiled Therapeutics

Coiled Therapeutics  is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing next-generation precision oncology therapies targeting key biological pathways that drive aggressive cancers. Its lead programme, AO-252, is a first-in-class small-molecule inhibitor designed to disrupt the TACC3 protein, a critical regulator of tumour cell survival that is over-expressed in multiple cancer types. The drug is currently in Phase I clinical trials in the United States for advanced solid tumours, where early data has shown encouraging safety and signs of clinical benefit.
