Jarvis Securities Plc is a United Kingdom-based holding company for its operating subsidiary, Jarvis Investment Management plc. The Company, along with its subsidiary provides retail execution-only stockbroking; personal equity plan (PEP), individual savings account (ISA) and self invested personal pension (SIPP) investment wrappers; savings schemes and financial administration and settlement services to stockbrokers and investment firms, as well as individuals. Its major products include ISAs, PEPs, contract for differences (CFDs), Signature Nominee Account, SIPPDEAL Xtra and Transfer Forms. ISAs include Maxi ISA, a single account manager that offers all three components and can accept the whole subscription, and Mini ISA with a separate account manager for each component. As of April 1, 2009, Sionew Holdings Limited held a 66.62% interest in the Company.
