The Company operates in six divisions, including Australian Construction Materials (ACM), Plasterboard, Cement and Timber. In August 2007, the Company acquired the assets of two construction materials businesses in Oklahoma City, Schwarz Readymix, a ready-mixed concrete and sand business, and the Davis Arbuckle Materials quarry.
