Company
Fiinu Plc
LON:BANK
Fiinu has developed a short-term credit product called ‘Plugin Overdraft’ which will offer UK customers an overdraft facility decoupled from their current accounts via an app. It is pitched as an alternative to expensive and predatory short-term lending options, such as so-called ‘payday loans'. Fiinu’s overdraft app won’t negatively impact credit scoring systems, meaning customers will be able to access short-term funds whilst building their credit rating rather than eroding it through other forms of credit. Fiinu Group has entered into an agreement with Immediate Acquisition Plc. Upon successful completion of the reverse takeover (RTO) and an expected deposit-taking banking licence from the Bank of England, Fiinu will become publicly listed (IPO). Subject to the above admission, Fiinu will trade on the London Stock Exchange AIM market with the ticker “BANK”.
