The Group owns a freehold portfolio of 81 key operating real estate assets with a weighted average unexpired lease term of over 23 years. The most recent independent portfolio valuation was the valuation of the leisure and healthcare portfolios at 30 June 2016 of £1.38bn. Adjusting this value for the purchase of the Travelodge Hotels at cost the pro forma portfolio value is £1.57bn, reflecting a net initial yield of 5.4%. All properties are fully let with all rents guaranteed by financially strong businesses.
The Company has an outstanding, experienced non-executive Board comprising four Independent Directors and three directors from the Investment Advisor, Prestbury Investments LLP.
