BRAD PETERS, B.SC.
CEO, PRESIDENT & DIRECTOR
Mr. Peters began working for Canadian junior exploration companies in 2007, and has been involved in mineral property exploration, management, acquisition, development and research in British Columbia, the Yukon, Ontario, Arizona and Mexico. Mr. Peters’ diverse skill set, exploration experience and market knowledge have provided insight to all facets of the exploration industry.

Mr. Peters graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth and Ocean Sciences. Mr. Peters earned an honours diploma in Broadcast Communications from BCIT in 2002.

RORY RITCHIE, B.SC. (HONS)
VP EXPLORATION & DIRECTOR
Mr. Ritchie has been engaged as an exploration geologist since 2007. He has spent his time working on grassroots and resource delineation drilling programs for junior exploration companies in British Columbia, Ontario, Yukon Territory, Nunavut and Arizona. Specialties within his skill set include structuring regional targeting initiatives, geochemistry, and deep drilling.

Mr. Ritchie graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an honours B.Sc. in Chemistry in 2004, and fulfilled APEG requirements at Simon Fraser University in 2008. Mr. Ritchie is a practicing Professional Geoscientist and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists.

DOUG REED CPA, CA
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. Reed holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Victoria and is a Chartered Professional Accountant, CA. Mr. Reed brings more than 10 years of accounting experience in the mineral exploration and mining industry focusing on financial reporting, regulatory compliance, internal control and corporate finance activities. He has also worked in public practice as an audit manager overseeing the annual audits of public companies and auditor requirements related to various special transactions. Mr. Reed is also Chief Financial Officer of Revelo Resources, and the Corporate Controller of EMX Royalty Corporation. He was formerly the CFO of Sundance Minerals Ltd.

KIM CASSWELL
CORPORATE SECRETARY
Ms. Casswell has been the Corporate Secretary of several public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSX-V”) and the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) since 1994. Ms. Casswell has played an important role in the growth of these companies and is familiar with regulation governing public companies in several jurisdictions. Ms. Casswell is currently the Corporate Secretary for Atico Mining Corporation, EMX Royalty Corporation, Revelo Resources Corp., Lara Exploration, Legend Gold Corp and was Corporate Secretary for Reservoir Minerals Inc. before it was acquired by Nevsun Resources Ltd. in June of 2016.

LARRY DONALDSON CPA, CA
DIRECTOR & AUDIT COMMITTEE CHAIR
Mr. Donaldson is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 40 years of accounting, auditing and tax experience. He graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1971 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He is the managing partner of a local Chartered Professional Accounting firm and has extensive experience in public company audits and in accounting and tax planning for mineral exploration-based companies. Mr. Donaldson is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Rockhaven Resources Ltd., ATAC Resources Ltd., Strategic Metals Ltd. and Silver Range Resources Ltd.

Mr. Donaldson will serve as the Chair of the Audit Committee.

KEITH HENDERSON, M.SC.
DIRECTOR
Mr. Henderson is a mining industry executive with 20 years' experience throughout Africa, Europe, and North and South America. He was educated in Europe, graduating with B.Sc. (Hons) and M.Sc. in geology and has extensive experience in multiple mineral deposit types and commodities. After several years in consulting roles, Mr. Henderson worked with Anglo American Exploration in Europe and North America, leading a number of exploration projects and ultimately he was project manager for Anglo Coal as the company made its first entry into Canada. In 2007, Keith joined Cardero Resource Corp. as Executive Vice-President, where he played a critical role in advancing the Pampa de Pongo through a positive scoping study and ultimate sale for US$100 million cash. Mr. Henderson is currently President and CEO of Centenera Ming Corp. and a director at Desert Star Resources Ltd. and Remo Resources Inc.

DR. PAUL JOHNSTON, PH.D. GEOLOGICAL SCIENCES
ADVISOR
Mr. Johnston was most recently with Teck Resources Limited, and has valuable in-depth knowledge of copper, silver, and gold deposits. His extensive experience with porphyry copper systems is valuable in enhancing the value of PEMC’s portfolio of copper-gold porphyry projects and guiding future exploration and potential acquisitions.

DR. NEIL ADSHEAD, PH.D. GEOLOGICAL SCIENCES
ADVISOR
Neil is an independent resource specialist who until early 2017 was an Investment Strategist at Sprott Asset Management in Canada. Prior to joining Sprott, Neil was a senior mining analyst at Passport Capital, a San Francisco-based global investment firm, for seven years. Earlier in Neil’s career, he spent ten years in corporate, exploration and mine geology roles for Placer Dome subsidiaries in Canada, Australia and Papua New Guinea. In 1995, Neil received a PhD in Economic Geology from James Cook University of North Queensland, Australia. Before arriving in Australia, Neil worked as a mud logger and data engineer on North Sea oil rigs for a Schlumberger subsidiary after receiving a First Class Honours degree in Earth Sciences from Birmingham University. Over the past 25 years, Neil has built an extensive global network in both the mining and investment sectors.
