Strategic Elements shares are listed on the Australian Stock Exchange under the code "SOR" as a "diversified financials" Company. The Company is registered under the Pooled Development Program run by the Australian Federal Government to encourage investment into SME's.

To assist Pooled Development Fund's to invest and raise capital, the Federal Government enables most shareholders in a Pooled Development Fund to make capital gains and receive dividends tax-free.

The Company has approval to provide funding to small and medium companies providing them with patient equity capital. The Company may  hold 100% of the shares of an investee Company.

Exploring for High Grade Gold in New Zealand
Strategic Materials Pty Ltd is the first modern explorer into the historic Golden Blocks and West Wanganui Goldfields situated on the Northwest tip of the South Island of New Zealand.

The Company currently holds 100% of the shares of Strategic Materials Pty Ltd which owns the Golden Blocks Project in New Zealand covering two historic goldfields with little to no modern exploration. Historical records revealed high grade gold remaining in the Aorangi Mine and potential at depth and the Company's regional geochemical sampling has shown that multiple zones of high grade gold exist.

Aorangi Mine – upper levels
-        Rock grab samples: 35.85 g/t, 16.53 g/t, 1.47 g/t gold.
-        Representative rock chip: 0.4m @ 13.19 g/t, 0.7m @ 5.62 g/t, 0.7m @ 2.37 g/t, 0.9m @ 1.62 g/t gold.
-        No. 1 Level and No. 2 Level adits open providing access into mine.
-        No. 3 Level adit partially blocked with sediment.
-        Sampling within safe areas of the mine to be conducted

Golden Blocks - mapping
-        Goldfield north south extent of potential mineralisation of some 5 km.
-        East west direction mineralisation extends over some 5km.
-        Potential area of 25 km2

West Wanganui
-        Key panned concentrate results include 24.33 g/t, 14.49 g/t, 4.07 g/t, 3.54 g/t, 1.83 g/t and 1.17 g/t gold.
-        Geophysical survey flown and initial interpretation completed.
-        Follow up sampling to be conducted.

Upper Webb
-        Panned concentrate results of 51.28 g/t, 39.99 g/t, 39.73 g/t, 21.25 g/t, 6.85 g/t gold.
-        Follow up exploration to be conducted.

Seng Yap – Chairman
Seng Yap has worked as a senior advisor to leading venture capital groups and multi-nationals in Australia, Japan and China in a series of transactions worth in excess of AU$500 million. Earlier in his career Seng was employed by Schlumberger Limited, working in international oil and gas exploration projects across New Zealand, Asia and Australia. He previously served as the head of the Joint Venture between the NSW Investment Corporation and the Venture Capital operation of Daiwa Securities. He is currently a director of the large Japanese multi-national Hokuriku Coca Cola and managed their Asian partnerships and market entries. Seng was a director and chairman of MEC Resources Ltd (an ASX listed Pooled Development Fund) and Advent Energy and is currently a director of BlackGold International Holdings Ltd, an ASX listed company with producing coal mines. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Kyoto University in Japan, a postgraduate Diploma in Investments and Securities Analysis from the Securities Institute of Australia and a postgraduate Company Director’s Diploma.

Charles Murphy – Managing Director
Charles Murphy led the Company's registration as a Pooled Development Fund. He has experience as a corporate advisor to resources and technology companies providing advice on transaction structuring, strategy and business development. Mr Murphy also co-founded and developed ASX listed MEC Resources Ltd, a Pooled Development Fund investing into a portfolio of energy and commodities investments. He also developed an ASX listed Company investing into a portfolio of technology projects. Charles has successfully formed alliances and JV’s for multi-million dollar exploration and technology programs as well as forming global collaborations with companies such as General Electric. He has experience as a corporate advisor to resources and technology companies providing advice on corporate and business development. Charles is a qualified responsible Fund Manager and has a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA).

Matthew Howard – Director and Company Secretary
Matthew has worked with some of the largest financial institutions including Goldman Sachs JBWere, Macquarie Bank, ANZ Bank and National Australia Bank. Matthew has helped close numerous multi-million dollar transactions with some of the largest Fortune 100 US technology companies in the Asia Pacific region including Oracle and BEA Systems. Matthew has a combined Business and Information Technology Degree, holds a postgraduate qualification in Corporate Governance and is completing a Masters in Finance.

Elliot Nicholls – Director
Elliot Nicholls has worked in corporate advisory focusing on financial analysis and business model development. He has worked with clients in the mining and resources, oil & gas and industrial sectors including Rio Tinto and Hismelt. He has experience in financial analysis of large infrastructure projects in Australia and has been involved in projects investigating and resolving inter-company financial matters throughout the Asia-Pacific for Telstra Corporation. Elliot has a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from The University of Western Australia.

Strategic Elements has used a team of expert industry Geologists and Academics across our projects. Our approach has been to employ a flexible model and obtain the best geological resources for each project in each region. This approach provides the Company a flexible team that has deep local knowledge combined with global experience. To date the Company engages Geologists in Australia, New Zealand and Ireland.
