Antony (Tony) Sage
Executive Director

Mr Sage has in excess of 30 years experience in the fields of corporate advisory services, funds management and capital raising. Mr Sage is based in Western Australia and has been involved in the management and financing of listed mining and exploration companies for the last 18 years. Mr Sage has operated in Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Romania, Russia, Sierra Leone, Guinea, Cote d’Ivoire, Congo, South Africa, Indonesia, China and Australia.

Mr Sage is currently  Chairman of ASX-listed Australian companies, Cauldron Energy Ltd and Fe Ltd. Mr Sage is also a Non-Executive Director of the following ASX-listed companies, Kupang Resources Ltd, Caeneus Minerals Ltd; and National Stock Exchange of Australia (“NSX”) listed International Petroleum Ltd.

Mr Sage is also the sole owner of A League football club Perth Glory that plays in the National competition in Australia.

Timothy Paul Turner

Timothy Turner is a senior partner with accounting firm Hewitt Turner & Gelevitis. Timothy specialises in domestic business structuring, corporate and trust tax planning and corporate secretarial. He also has in excess of 25 years experience in new ventures, capital raisings and general business consultancy.

Timothy has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Business Administration), is a Registered Company Auditor, Fellow of CPA Australia and a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.

Stefan Müller
Non-Executive Director

Mr. Müller has extensive financial markets and investment banking knowledge and experience built over his 25-year career. Mr. Müller is CEO and founder of DGWA Deutsche Gesellschaft für Wertpapieranalyse GmbH, a boutique European investment and financial markets consulting firm for national and international SMEs based in Frankfurt, Germany.

Mr. Müller graduated a banker and began his career at Dresdner Bank AG as senior vice president of global equity trading. He held senior positions with Equinet AG, Bankhaus Sal Oppenheim (largest European private bank at that time) as Head of global proprietary trading and managing partner at Proprietary Partners AG, a Swiss based hedge fund advisory company.

Mr. Müller holds a supervisory board position with Agrarius AG an agriculture based business listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and also consults for various companies, institutions and federal organisations regarding their investment strategy.

Melissa Chapman
Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

Melissa is a certified practising accountant with over 12 years of experience in the mining industry. She has worked extensively in Australia and the United Kingdom including five years as Group Financial Controller for the Beny Steinmetz Group. Melissa has a Bachelor of Accounting from Murdoch University and has been a member of CPA Australia since 2000. Melissa has completed a Graduate Diploma of Gorporate Governance with Chartered Secretaries of Australia Ltd.

Jeff Hamilton
Manager - Development Projects

Jeff is a mechanical engineer with over 25 years experience in construction and mine developments around the world, including Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Greece and Sierra Leone. Jeff has a demonstrated track record in managing the various facets that bring a project together, particularly in remote locations, from feasibility studies through to construction and commissioning.
