“Our drilling is continuing to focus on growing our shallow gold resources at the Sandstone Gold Project, along with testing the exceptionally high-grade gold targets recently identified at the historical Oroya and Hacks mines," said MD Mat
The new independent, non-executive chairman has extensive board and industry experience, including overseeing a number of companies transition from advanced explorer to developer and through to producer.
“With drilling ongoing, focused on continuing to grow our current 635,000-ounce shallow gold resource, we are excited to be planning to test our first high-priority regional targets, outside the Alpha domain," Alto managing director Matthew
The company continues to unearth shallow oxide gold outside the current resource of the Indomitable Camp, targeting a large, under-explored gold corridor that may stretch over 20 kilometres in strike.
“Indomitable is consistently delivering shallow, high-grade gold results and we are looking forward to incorporating all of these results into the updated mineral resource estimate planned for the end of the year," said MD Matthew Bowles.
The latest results continue to highlight that the Indomitable Camp is a very large and under-explored mineralised system.
“These excellent results support our view that there is huge scope to grow the gold inventory at the Sandstone Gold Project,” says MD Matthew Bowles.
High-grade gold mineralisation has now been intersected over a kilometre with new drilling confirming that the recently discovered Juno Lode remains open.
"These are excellent initial results from our ongoing major drilling campaign and, on the back of the recent update of our open pit gold resource to 635,000 ounces, once again demonstrates the significant growth potential we see at the Lord
“We view this very much as an interim resource upgrade, with significant scope to delineate additional shallow, high-grade gold ounces with the current and planned drilling at the Lords Corridor, Vanguard and Indomitable," says MD.
“This year we are looking to build on the exploration success of last year to drive further resource growth and new discoveries" - Alto MD Matthew Bowles.
The geology uncovered in the area suggests a 'large and fluid-rich mineralised system', which the company is eager to drill.

“The geological setting and numerous shallow, high-grade gold intersections over a 1,500-metre strike is very encouraging and an updated mineral resource estimate for Havilah Camp will form part of the project-wide mineral resource update,
Successful December quarter highlighted by thick high-grade gold intersected at the Lords, the new Juno discovery and multiple shallow, high-grade hits at Vanguard.
These latest results highlight the likelihood of further resource growth, with several high-grade results outside the Sandstone Gold Project's current 331,000-ounce resource.
“Our systematic approach is continuing to deliver and we are looking forward to recommencing our aggressive drilling program early in the new year," says MD.
