Defence Holdings PLC, formerly Guild Esports PLC and Casell Capital, rebranded in May 2025. The company changed its name from Cassel Capital, a moniker it adopted after selling its Guild esports businesses last year and becoming a cash shell.  As Defence Holdings, it has refocused its corporate strategy, operations and brand identity around advanced next-generation defence technology. The company will concentrate on developing and acquiring cutting-edge capabilities including artificial-intelligence enabled sensing, secure communications, autonomous drone systems and next-generation cyber-defence to meet rapidly evolving security requirements across the United Kingdom and continental Europe.
