Defence Holdings PLC (LSE:ALRT) has been approved for trading on the US OTC Market under ticker ALRDF, with the aim of boosting North American investor access and liquidity.
The company, which only recently joined London's AIM market, also announced the establishment of an At-The-Market (ATM) equity issuance facility, which will enable it to raise capital as needed, with volume controls in place to limit market disruption.
"Defence Holdings is executing at pace across multiple fronts," said chief technical officer Andrew McCartney.
"Our OTC approval and trading under ticker ALRDF gives US investors direct access to the UK's sovereign AI defence story."
It comes as the company is developing two classified AI products and advancing other projects.
In London, Defence Holdings shares were up around 3% changing hands at 3.7p.
