Customer Focus specialises in media, marketing and technology solutions for the development of the promotional product and print industries, offering a market leading and internationally acclaimed collection of technology tools and marketing/publishing services designed to help grow sales and profits of promotional product suppliers distributors. These tools include exhibitions, catalogues, search portals, magazines, websites and business management software. The head office is currently located in Manchester, along with a full technical support team in Sheffield, UK. Customer Focus Inc. (USA) Customer Focus Inc. provides a range of cloud-based e-commerce, Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management and web-based solutions to both suppliers and distributors operating in the promotional merchandise industry, with sales, development and support staff based in Costa Mesa, California. They deliver one system to manage all of your key business processes reducing keystrokes, improving customer service and cutting costs. Customer Focus Inc. also provides information services to the industry including product data flow between suppliers and independent distributors, working with leading US distributors since 2007 to help reduce costs, win more orders, and improve their customer service. Customer Focus Enterprise Customer Focus Enterprise is Altitude's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for larger promotional product distributors and suppliers, and print brokers and managers. Since 1999, hundreds of customers and thousands of users in the UK, Europe and USA have invested in Customer Focus Enterprise, gaining a highly comprehensive and robust business management system, complete with integrated web stores and punch-out capabilities. The head office is in Sheffield, England, along with an additional office in the USA. The development support teams are based in the UK. Customer Focus Interactive Imaging As the leading global provider of virtual sample technology, Technologo is trusted by leading manufacturers, suppliers and distributors of promotional products around the world.
