Alpha Pyrenees Trust Ltd (LON:ALPH) up 100% to 0.20p. An extentsion on the maturity date of all remaining borrrowings has been approved, with no additional arrangement fee.
Altitude Group PLC (LON:ALT) up 36% to 14.5p. The Company is currently in early stage discussions over the sale of its exhibition and publications business, the completion of which would result in Altitude focusing entirely on the technology business.
FinnAust Mining PLC (LON:FAM) up 10% to 4p. Issued new shares ahead of the acquisition of Bluejay Mining Limited.
FALLERS
Strat Aero PLC (LON:AERO) down 13%. Highest faller this morning. It has received a defence and counterclaim regarding litigation and continues counterclaim.
Patagonia Gold PLC (LON:PGD) down 7% to 1.6p. Recent resiults showed revenues and cash were down on last year.
St Peter Port Capital Limited (LON:SPPC) down 10% to 9p. Issued new shares.

RISERS
Herencia Resources (LON:HER) up 47% to 0.07p. Biggest share price riser yesterday and today. Copper explorer receives US$100,000, the first part of loans of US$500,000 agreed with Oriental Darius and Australian Special Opportunity Fund. Chief executive Graeme Sloan is also stepping down.
Circle Oil PLC (LON:COP) up 15% to 2.45p. International Finance Corporation extends redetermination and any repayments due under its Reserve Based Lending facility until 13 May.
Man Group PLC (LON:EMG) up 5%. Hedge fund publishes reassuring first quarter figures. The group had withstood tough financial markets better than most said analysts.
FALLERS
CPPGroup (LON:CPP) down 10% to 9.3p. Earlier in the week the company started legal proceedings against founder and major shareholder Hamish Ogston. Company wants to stop him voting his 42.3% stake at an EGM that has called for the removal of four directors.
Poundland PLC down 9% to 130p (LON:PLND). Disappointing trading statement continues to weigh on the shares. Like-for-like sales decreased by 3.9% (2015: + 2.4%) I fourth quarter and by 4.9% (2015: + 0.5%)in second half.
Grand Group Investment PLC (LON:GIPO) down 8% to 68p. Two directors have left in space of two days. Gu Ying Ying left yesterday to follow Stephen Roberts who resigned on Wednesday.
