Altitude Group PLC (AIM:ALT), the operator of a marketplace for personalised products, announced chairman Keith Edelman has decided to retire from his role.
David Smith, currently a non-executive director, will replace Edelman from 26 November.
Smith, who is presently chairman of Lockton Companies LLP and non-executive director of AIG UK Ltd and Bupa Insurance Company, will bring “extensive experience in the entrepreneurial and technology-driven insurance markets”, the company said.
“His expertise in industries that have evolved through technology advancements and industry-shifting buying behaviours will be invaluable,” said chief executive Nichole Stella.
The company also revealed it made good progress in the six months ended 30 September with the US recovery across the promotional product industry speeding up recovery, with trading in line with management’s expectations.
Results will be published on 30 November.
