Port Erin Biopharma Investments Ltd (LON:PEBI) up 6% to 6.25p. Net asset value at the end of September was 9.96p per share due mainly to rise in value of Magna Biopharma fund.
Orosur Mining Inc (LON:OMI) up 7% to 16.3p. Bullish exploration and development update from the San Gregorio gold mine in Uruguay where a number of new potential gold sources have been identified.

Premier Foods PLC (LON:PFD) down 14% to 45.2p. Grocery business was hit hard by warm weather in the Autumn, especially September, which knocked gravy and dessert sales.
Quadrise Fuels PLC (LON:QFI) down 9% to 10.6p. Shipping fuel group is raise up to £5mln at 10p per share through book build and open offer. Money will help fund move into commercial operation.
Domino’s Pizza PLC (LON:DOM) down 5% to 354p. Sales rose by 11.5% in latest quarter, but pizza delivery group cautions strong comparatives lie ahead.

Synairgen plc (LON:SNG) down 38% to 21p. AstraZeneca is halting its phase IIa clinical trial of Synairgen plc’s (LON:SNG) inhaled beta interferon treatment for asthma because there weren’t enough severe cases to assess its efficacy.
IGas Energy (LON:IGAS) down 13% to 12.1p. Shale gas group has called for a bondholder meeting to sort out its financial structure going forward.
