Petrel Resources PLC (LON:PET) up 10%. Work programme has been submitted to the Ghanaian authorities for the Tano offshore acreage as part of exploration licence for Tano Basin.

Altitude Group (LON:ALT) up 3p to 98p. CEO Martin Varley sells 300,000 shares at 93.5p and taken up 800,000 options at 14.25p.His stake is 29.68%.

Vislink PLC (LON:VLK) Automated content and channel specialist subsidiary Pebble Beach has won several new orders from a ‘highly successful’ IBC show in September.

FALLERS

Diamondcorp Plc (LON:DCP) down 35% at 2.66p. More funding required as diamond miner makes slow development progress at its Lace mine at South Africa.

Gunsynd PLC (LON:GUN) down 12% to 0.066p. Company has raised £300,000 at 0.055p through a placing with certain private investors.

Thalassa Holdings Limited (LON:THAL) down 5% to 39p. Mark Burnett has resigned as chief executive of WGP Exploration for personal reasons. He will become a non-exec of the WGP Group’s holding company.

Vela Technologies PLC (LON:VELA) up 10% to 0.17p. Company notes Portr Limited, where it has a 3.9% stake, has just launched a service with British Airways where passengers can remotely check in their luggage from any address within Greater London.

Port Erin Biopharma Investments Ltd (LON:PEBI) up 6% to 6.25p. Net asset value at the end of September was 9.96p per share due mainly to rise in value of Magna Biopharma fund.

Orosur Mining Inc (LON:OMI) up 7% to 16.3p. Bullish exploration and development update from the San Gregorio gold mine in Uruguay where a number of new potential gold sources have been identified.

FALLERS

Premier Foods PLC (LON:PFD) down 14% to 45.2p. Grocery business was hit hard by warm weather in the Autumn, especially September, which knocked gravy and dessert sales.

Quadrise Fuels PLC (LON:QFI) down 9% to 10.6p. Shipping fuel group is raise up to £5mln at 10p per share through book build and open offer. Money will help fund move into commercial operation.

Domino’s Pizza PLC (LON:DOM) down 5% to 354p. Sales rose by 11.5% in latest quarter, but pizza delivery group cautions strong comparatives lie ahead.

Mirada Plc (LON:MIRA) up 26% to 4.25p. Roll-out of its interactive software platform with Mexican cable TV group izzi is going well and cash is coming in faster.

Tlou Energy Limited (LON:TLOU) up 16% to 10.15p. Independent look at its Lesedi coal bed methane project in Botswana has confirmed company’s own estimates.

PetroNeft Resources PLC (LON:PTR) up 10% to 3.2p. Production at Russian oil and gas group rises to 1,658 barrels per day in third quarter, a 35% rise on previous three months.

FALLERS

Synairgen plc (LON:SNG) down 38% to 21p. AstraZeneca is halting its phase IIa clinical trial of Synairgen plc’s (LON:SNG) inhaled beta interferon treatment for asthma because there weren’t enough severe cases to assess its efficacy.

IGas Energy (LON:IGAS) down 13% to 12.1p. Shale gas group has called for a bondholder meeting to sort out its financial structure going forward.
