Stratmin Global Resources PLC (LON:STGR) up 9% to 1.78p. Directors and management agree to take more of their salaries in shares at a big premium to current market price.

Kodal Minerals PLC (LON:KOD) down 18% to 0.103p. Junior miner raises £750,000 through a placing at 0.1p. Money will fund a lithium exploration programme at Bougouni in Mali.
Stanley Gibbons PLC (LON:SGI) down 8% to 12p. Collectibles group posts loss for the year to March of £28.9mln. More challenges lie ahead it ahead but action has been taken to promote a recovery.
