Altitude Group PLC (LON:ALT) shares rose as the firm announced that Nichole Stella, the company’s president of USA Operations, will assume the role of chief executive officer effective from 5 June, 2018.
The AIM-listed firm said following the recent appointment of Graeme Couturier as the company’s CFO, Peter Hallett will move from his current role of executive chairman to become the group’s non-executive chairman.

Peter Hallett, executive chairman of Altitude, said: “We have seen first-hand that Nichole has the experience, knowledge and ambition to help Altitude meet its growth targets over the coming months and years and we are confident that we are best placed to achieve these ambitions under her leadership.”
He added: “Following the appointment of Graeme Couturier as CFO in April, and with Nichole stepping up to the role of CEO, it is appropriate and always intended that I step back to non-executive chairman.”
In lunchtime trading, Altitude’s shares jumped 6.7% to 79.50p.
