SpaceX (Unlisted (US):SPACEX) has officially entered the public markets arena, filing for what could become the largest IPO in history — and in the process reframing itself less as a rocket company and more as an artificial intelligence infrastructure giant.

The Elon Musk-led company lodged its long-awaited S-1 prospectus with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday, targeting a Nasdaq listing under the ticker SPCX and reportedly seeking a valuation between US$1.5 trillion and US$2 trillion.

A new research report on Provaris Energy Ltd (ASX:PV1, OTC:GBBLF, FRA:WS90) has highlighted the company’s expanding exposure to carbon capture and storage (CSS) infrastructure, arguing the opportunity could provide an earlier commercial pathway alongside its established hydrogen shipping strategy.

In a note released on Thursday, Longspur Research said the market had not fully appreciated the value of Provaris’ move into liquid CO2 storage and transport infrastructure, particularly as Europe accelerates development of carbon sequestration projects.

Provaris Energy Ltd (ASX:PV1, OTC:GBBLF, FRA:WS90) earlier this week outlined progress on its developing hydrogen export supply chain after signing a cooperation agreement with K Line and Norwegian Hydrogen aimed at supplying hydrogen from Norway into Germany.

Carnavale Resources Ltd (ASX:CAV, FRA:YBB) earlier this week upgraded the mineral resource estimate for its Kookynie Gold Project in Western Australia, improving confidence in the shallow high-grade portions of the deposit as the company advances toward a bankable feasibility study and planned near-term production.

The updated resource now stands at 855,000 tonnes grading 4.4 g/t gold for 120,000 ounces, representing a modest 2.5% increase over the previous estimate. More significantly, the company said the latest drilling campaign successfully converted portions of the resource into higher-confidence classifications aimed at supporting early mine development.
