Kairos Minerals Ltd (ASX:KAI, OTCQB:KAIFF) has reported multiple broad gold intercepts from extensional and infill drilling at the 1.4 Moz Mt York Gold Project in WA’s Pilbara, led by a strong Main Hill diamond hole and a step-out RC result that supports along-strike continuity.

All assays are now in for Kairos’ 2025 Main Trend drilling, part of a broader program comprising 128 holes for 26,971 metres across Mt York and the Mt York Extension.

Trust Stamp Inc (NASDAQ:IDAI, ISE:AIID), a provider of AI-powered trust and identity solutions, and Blue Gold, a gold-focused fintech, announced a Letter of Intent to develop a biometrically validated “Wallet of Wallets” for Blue Gold VIP customers holding Standard Goin Coins (SGC).

The wallet will use Trust Stamp’s identity tokenization and cryptographic technologies to allow non-custodial access to SGC and other digital assets, using tokenized facial biometrics for authentication.

Argentina Lithium & Energy Corp (TSX-V:LIT, OTCQX:LILIF) announced that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Xi’an Lanshen New Material Technology to advance development of its Rincon West lithium brine project in Argentina.

The non-binding MOU outlines a framework under which Lanshen would deploy its direct lithium extraction (DLE) technology, pilot plant systems and engineering support to advance Rincon West toward completion of a feasibility study and potential future commercial production.

Tompkins had been serving as interim CFO since September 2025, providing continuity in financial leadership while supporting the company’s strategic and corporate objectives, Century Lithium said. Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd (TSX-V:GMG, OTCQX:GMGMF) said on Monday it has received the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) consent notice approval conditions for its THERMAL-XR ENHANCE graphene coating.

The approval under the EPA’s Pre-Manufacture Notice program allows GMG to bring its product to market in the US, which the company said could offer energy savings and improved corrosion resistance for consumers and businesses.

The Nasdaq-listed biotechnology company said the proposed platform would integrate Reliant’s generative AI technology with Medicus’ clinical, operational and proprietary datasets to support data-driven decision-making across its development pipeline.

First Phosphate Corp. (CSE:PHOS, OTCQX:FRSPF) said on Monday it has closed the fourth and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement financing, bringing total gross proceeds from the offering to about C$9.6 million.

The Canada-based mineral development company said the financing was completed through four tranches and included the issuance of about 8 million flow-through shares for gross proceeds of C$7.2 million, along with roughly 2.7 million hard dollar units raising about C$2.4 million.

KEFI Gold and Copper PLC (AIM:KEFI, OTC:KFFLF) said it expects to complete the full financing package for its flagship Tulu Kapi gold project in Ethiopia this month, after confirming it has signed a term sheet for $30 million of new funding.

The AIM-listed miner moved to clarify recent media speculation by saying the funding would take the form of so-called gold streams, a specialist type of finance commonly used in the mining sector.

Shares in Atlantic Lithium Ltd (AIM:ALL, ASX:A11, OTCID:ALLIF) jumped 30% to 10.26p after the group said it remains confident that its mining lease for the Ewoyaa lithium project in Ghana will be ratified, despite revisions to fiscal terms.

The Africa-focused developer said a revised mining lease has now been formally submitted to the Parliament of Ghana and referred to a select committee, restarting the approval process required before production can begin.

Indus Gas (LSE:INDI) shares lost more than half their value after announcing plans to cancel its listing on AIM.

The company, in a statement, cited limited share liquidity, high compliance costs, and a lack of capital access as key reasons for the move. The majority shareholder, Gynia Holdings, which owns 82.66% of the issued share capital, has pledged support for the resolution.

Pantheon Resources PLC (AIM:PANR, OTCQX:PTHRF) told investors it has paused testing operations at its Dubhe-1 well, in the Aphun project area, on Alaska’s North Slope.

The decision follows nearly two months of flowback activity, during which 100,000 barrels of water, 20 million cubic feet of gas and 100 barrels of oil were produced. Approximately half of the injected stimulation fluids have been recovered.

DroneShield Ltd (ASX:DRO, OTC:DRSHF) has announced it will introduce a mandatory minimum shareholding policy (MSP) for all directors and senior management, following an independent review of its continuous disclosure and securities trading policies.

Under the policy, directors will be required to hold ordinary shares equivalent to their annual base fee within three years. The chief executive will be required to hold shares worth 200% of annual salary within 12 months.

Dimerix Ltd (ASX:DXB, OTC:SBMJF) has flagged that its US commercial licensing agreement for DMX-200 remains intact following BioMarin Pharmaceutical’s move to acquire Dimerix’s US partner Amicus Therapeutics in an all-cash transaction valuing Amicus’ equity at about US$4.8 billion (about AU$7.25 billion).

If the transaction completes, BioMarin would assume Amicus’ rights and obligations under the existing Dimerix US commercial licensing agreement, which would remain in force. Until completion, Amicus and Dimerix continue joint planning for DMX-200 in the US.
