Helium One sees first gas at Galactica helium plant

Helium One Global Ltd (AIM:HE1, OTCQB:HLOGF) has announced the successful commissioning and first gas production at its Galactica helium plant in Colorado.

It follows completion of the Pinon Canyon processing facility. Initial helium sales are expected in January 2026 through short-term offtake contracts.

Helium One said production will be supported by additional well tie-ins and infill drilling throughout the first half of 2026. And, it noted that these steps are aimed at maintaining full plant capacity and ensuring revenue growth. The life of the Galactica project is projected to exceed twelve years.

“Achieving first gas at Galactica is a major milestone for Helium One and a testament to the hard work of our teams and partners,” said chief executive Lorna Blaisse.

“We expect first helium sales in January 2026 and are advancing additional tie-ins and infill drilling to increase production capacity through H1 2026.”

She added: "The commercial approach will begin with short‑term offtake to support early sales, moving to longer‑term partnerships as volumes build. We remain focused on disciplined execution as we scale, and we look forward to updating shareholders as we progress."
