Century Lithium Corp. (TSX-V:LCE, OTCQX:CYDVF) announced that it has appointed Matthew Tompkins as its chief financial officer.
Tompkins had been serving as interim CFO since September 2025, providing continuity in financial leadership while supporting the company’s strategic and corporate objectives, Century Lithium said. Following a review by the board of directors, the company confirmed his appointment on a permanent basis.
Century Lithium said Tompkins brings experience in financial management, public company reporting, and corporate governance, with a background supporting resource and development-stage companies.
“Matthew has demonstrated strong financial leadership and a clear understanding of Century Lithium’s business and strategic priorities,” Century Lithium CEO Bill Willoughby said.
“The board is confident that his experience and disciplined approach will continue to support the company as it advances its Angel Island Lithium Project and executes its long-term strategy.”
