The company said the small acquisition will have no material impact on its earnings
Revenue rose 39% to US$52.2mln from 2020, while operating profit increased by 64% to US$12.5mln
It comes as the flagship Hello Neighbor game franchise crossed the threshold for 100mln downloads.
Players who pre-order the game will get access to a beta version on PC and Xbox
The new addition is its biggest deal to date, generating a combined US$12mln in revenues last year
It is the fourth so-called 'acquihire' for the Hello Neighbour game publisher which listed in London in March
The developer of games including Secret Neighbour and SpeedRunners also said its pipeline has expanded to 26 titles after signing seven new games in the first half
