Nagambie Resources Ltd (ASX:NAG) has cleared the way for its earn-in joint venture with Alkane Resources Ltd (ASX:ALK, OTC:ALKEF)'s wholly owned subsidiary Mandalay Resources Costerfield Operations Pty Ltd, after shareholders strongly backed the deal at a general meeting on April 9, 2026.

With conditions now satisfied, Alkane is set to subscribe for 166,666,667 fully paid ordinary Nagambie shares at $0.015 each, raising $2.5 million for the company. The new shares will rank equally with existing ordinary shares on issue.

The company confirmed it has raised US$103 million (A$147.1 million) through its underwritten US public offering, alongside about A$86 million (US$60 million) from the institutional component of its entitlement offer, both priced at US$35 per share or A$0.25 per CHESS Depository Interest (CDI).

Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX:VR1) has completed its acquisition of Australian digital transformation company DXLabs, adding immediate revenue and earnings while expanding its footprint across the Asia-Pacific region.

The deal brings an additional $3.5 million in revenue and $0.8 million in EBIT to Vection, alongside a business that recorded 39% year-on-year revenue growth in FY25. All DXLabs staff, including CEO Luis Nejo, will be retained as the company looks to scale operations across Australia and Asia.

Finder Energy Holdings Ltd (ASX:FDR) has struck a non-binding letter of intent with SundaGas Banda Unipessoal, a subsidiary of AIM-listed Sunda Energy, to work together on securing a drilling rig for their respective offshore Timor-Leste campaigns.

First-pass drilling at Strickland Metals Ltd (ASX:STK)'s Obradov Potok prospect within its Rogozna gold and base metals project in Serbia has confirmed carbonate replacement-style lead-zinc-silver mineralisation, supporting its view the target sits on the outer halo of a potentially larger copper-gold skarn system.

Assays from 2025 drilling returned a best broad hit of 46 metres at 0.3% lead, 0.6% zinc and 2.4g/t silver from 882.8m in hole ZRPD25003, including 2m at 0.3% lead, 2.6% zinc and 2.8g/t silver from 910.8m. Hole ZRPD25004 also returned several narrower but higher-grade intervals, including 2.9m at 3.2% lead, 1.7% zinc and 19.2g/t silver from 848.4m, with a higher-grade sub-interval of 1.5m at 5.1% lead, 2.1% zinc and 32.6g/t silver. Hole ZRPD25006 delivered multiple narrower zones, including 8m at 0.2% lead, 1.3% zinc and 1.9g/t silver from 677.7m.

Alkane Resources Ltd (ASX:ALK, OTC:ALKEF) has delivered a solid March quarter, lifting production across its three operating mines while significantly strengthening its balance sheet, as the gold and antimony producer continues to build momentum following last year’s portfolio expansion.

The company reported quarterly production of 45,776 ounces of gold equivalent (AuEq), supported by contributions from its Tomingley, Costerfield and Björkdal operations, while cash, bullion and listed investments rose to $374 million at the end of March, with closing cash and bullion at $362 million.

American Rare Earths Ltd (ASX:ARR, OTCQX:ARRNF) has locked in a Wyoming-led pilot plant pathway for its Halleck Creek rare earths project, outlining a staged processing plan designed to accelerate pre-production rare earth oxide output.

Initial processing will be undertaken in Wyoming through Western Research Institute in Laramie and DISA Technologies in Casper, before final hydrometallurgical processing and oxide separation at the Saskatchewan Research Council in Saskatoon, Canada. Agreements have now been executed with all three groups.
