VivoPower International (NASDAQ:VVPR, FRA:51J) is reshuffling its digital asset holdings, striking a deal that sees part of its Ripple Labs shares go to South Korea’s Kweather Co, while the company takes a 20% stake in the KOSDAQ-listed firm, the firm announced Wednesday.

As part of the deal, VivoPower will secure a 20% stake in KWeather valued at $4.3 million. The remaining Ripple Labs shares held by VivoPower are set to be acquired by Lean Ventures of South Korea, following a partnership agreement first announced in December 2025.

Global digital asset exchange-traded products (ETPs) posted a modest decline in January 2026, even as broader crypto markets experienced sharper losses, according to new research from Fineqia International Inc (CSE:FNQ).

Total assets under management (AUM) across global crypto ETPs fell 5.1% to $155.8 billion from $164.2 billion at year-end 2025, while the overall digital asset market capitalization dropped 10% to $2.74 trillion.

M2i Global Inc (OTC:MTWO) and Volato Group announced that Titanium X has initiated its first shipment of titanium ore from Western Australia to the United States, marking an early step in their collaboration focused on developing critical mineral supply chains.

The initial shipment consists of titanium ore samples sourced from both mineral sands and hard rock deposits. Gem Diamonds Limited shares jumped some 36% in Wednesday's early trades after it told investors that all of its FY2025 operational metrics were “within or ahead of the revised guidance”.

The gem miner, reporting operational and sales results for the quarter ended 31 December, said it had recovered 20,961 carats in the quarter, taking FY 2025 recovered carats to 90,354, versus 105,012 in FY 2024.

Tertiary Minerals PLC shares soared on Wednesday after it reported laboratory assay results from four Phase 3 drill holes at Target A1 on its Mushima North Project in Zambia, where it has unearthed further high-grade silver and copper mineralisation.

Results show the high-grade silver and copper in the north of Target A1, and now the company sees the mineralisation footprint at about 450 metres by up to 400 metres, and it remains open to the northwest, south/southeast and at depth.
