Futura Medical lifts full-year revenue forecast ahead of strategic review

Futura Medical PLC (AIM:FUM, OTC:FAMDF, FRA:GYX), the consumer healthcare company behind erectile dysfunction gel Eroxon, expects to report revenue of £1.7 million for 2025, exceeding earlier guidance.

Net cash at the year-end stood at £3.4 million following a £2.75 million equity raise in November.

The Surrey-based group said it anticipates receiving a tax credit refund of around £300,000 for the 2025 financial year and a US$2.5 million milestone payment from healthcare multinational Haleon in the first half of 2026, contingent on the granting of a United States patent for Eroxon.

Futura said its current cash position, combined with expected receipts from the Haleon milestone, the tax credit and ongoing Eroxon sales, would support operations until December 2026.

A strategic review of the business is underway and is due to conclude in the first quarter of 2026, with results to be published alongside the company’s full-year figures in mid-April.

Eroxon, Futura’s lead product, is a clinically tested topical gel for the treatment of erectile dysfunction and is available without prescription in several European markets.
