BMG Resources Ltd has lined up $2.5 million in new equity funding at $0.021 a share, with Tribeca Investment Partners to take a cornerstone position as the company looks to ramp up drilling across its Western Australian gold portfolio.

Under the placement, BMG will issue 119,047,619 new shares in 2 tranches. Tranche 1 totals 73,500,000 shares and is expected to settle on February 10, 2026 with quotation from February 11, 2026, while the remaining 45,547,619 shares in Tranche 2 will be subject to shareholder approval at a general meeting expected in mid-March 2026.

Resolution Minerals Ltd has taken a significant step toward expanding its US market presence, lodging a confidential registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission as it works toward a secondary listing on Nasdaq.

The company has also established a Level 1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) facility, which is expected to go live on the OTCQB market this week, giving US investors direct access to Resolution shares in US dollars through domestic brokerage platforms.

Krakatoa Resources Ltd has updated the market on exploration activities across its 100%-owned Mt Clere Project on the northwestern margin of the Yilgarn Craton in Western Australia, including drilling at Stone Tank and studies at the Tower REE deposit, where it will place most of its focus.

European Lithium Ltd (ASX:EUR, OTCQB:EULIF) has emerged from the December 2025 quarter with a sharply strengthened balance sheet, following the partial monetisation of its holding in Critical Metals Corp (CRML) and continued progress across its lithium and rare earths portfolio.

During the quarter, European Lithium sold 9.88 million CRML shares, raising gross proceeds of US$121 million (A$184.6 million). A further post-quarter sale of 5 million shares delivered an additional ~A$118 million, lifting the company’s cash balance to about A$314 million as of late January.

Almost everyone is exposed to the virus at some point in their lives, yet MS remains relatively rare — a mismatch that has long raised a fundamental question in neurology and immunology: how does a common viral infection translate into a highly specific autoimmune disease?

Aruma Resources Ltd (ASX:AAJ) has entered binding agreements to acquire the Tillex Copper-Silver Project and adjoining privately owned patent claims in Ontario, Canada’s Timmins mining district.

The company has signed a binding agreement with TSX-V-listed Metals Creek Resources to acquire an 85% interest in two Tillex patent claims, and a separate sale and purchase agreement to acquire 100% of two adjacent privately held patent claims. Together, the four claims will be consolidated under the Tillex Project name going forward.

Provaris Energy Ltd (ASX:PV1, OTC:GBBLF, FRA:WS90) has moved to firm up the manufacturing pathway for its large-scale liquid CO₂ (LCO₂) storage technology, announcing a new memorandum of understanding (MOU) with development partner Yinson Production and China-based manufacturer Himile Heavy Equipment Co. Ltd.

The MOU will assess the feasibility, cost and delivery timelines for fabricating Provaris’ proprietary LCO₂ tanks at Himile’s manufacturing facility in Rushan, China, running in parallel with the tank’s front-end engineering and design (FEED) program.
