Altech Batteries Ltd has confirmed the longevity of its CERENERGY® sodium-nickel-chloride battery technology, following a successful activation of a Zebra battery that had been in storage for 28 years.

The battery, which shares the same solid-state chemistry as CERENERGY®, hadn't been used since manufacture but showed no performance degradation when tested. The outcome points to strong potential for long-term storage applications, particularly in defence and emergency systems.

Bit Digital Inc (NASDAQ:BTBT) continued to grow its cloud services business in the first quarter, with cloud revenue surging 84% year-over-year to $14.8 million.

Lancaster Resources Inc (CSE:LCR, OTCQB:LANRF) said on Thursday that the vendor of the Lake Cargelligo gold project in New South Wales, Australia, has received final approval from the state government for a four-year exploration license, paving the way for the company to complete its planned acquisition and begin exploration work in the third quarter.

The license covers over 28,768 hectares in the Cobar mining district, one of Australia’s most prolific gold-producing regions.

T Stamp Inc (NASDAQ:IDAI, EURONEXT:AIID) dba Trust Stamp said it has formed a strategic partnership with cryptographic tech firm Partisia to jointly develop a secure and decentralized biometric identity solution.

The collaboration will combine Trust Stamp’s biometric verification system with Partisia’s Multi-Party Computation (MPC) technology to create a privacy-centric method for binding digital credentials to an individual’s biometric data, the companies said in a statement.
