Anteris Technologies Global Corp has appointed David St Denis as President and Class II director of the Board, effective March 6, 2025. As a non-independent director, St Denis will not serve on any Board committees.
St Denis, 56, has been with Anteris since July 2017, serving as chief operating officer. He is also the chief executive officer of v2vmedtech, Inc., a position he has held since April 2023, and previously served as the company’s chief financial officer from April to September 2023.
