Anteris Technologies Global Corp has appointed David St Denis as President and Class II director of the Board, effective March 6, 2025. As a non-independent director, St Denis will not serve on any Board committees.
St Denis, 56, has been with Anteris since July 2017, serving as chief operating officer. He is also the chief executive officer of v2vmedtech, Inc., a position he has held since April 2023, and previously served as the company’s chief financial officer from April to September 2023.
Highly experienced board addition
Prior to joining Anteris, he was head of commercial operations for Europe and Canada at Merck from 2013 and earlier served as head of operations for Emerging Markets at Merck since 2008. He also held leadership roles at Millennium Pharmaceuticals (now part of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company) between 1996 and 2006, later providing strategic consulting to the company from 2006 to 2008.
St Denis holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut, a Master of Arts from Boston University, and an MBA in Global Management and International Marketing from Babson College’s Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
