Blue Star Helium to end year with drill pad construction for Enterprise 16#1 exploration well in Las Animas

This represents one of the highest in-situ helium concentrations both in the US and globally.
The company recently raised A$15 million from a share placement to accelerate its helium exploration and development strategy over its Colorado acreage.
The gas stock will issue nearly 268 million shares to sophisticated and institutional investors, who participated at A$0.056 per share in the placement this week.
This allows Blue Star to submit its final permit to drill, which is expected to be done in the next few days. It is understood that approval for the final permit to drill is typically received within 30 days of its submission.
Blue Star Helium has furthered its water well drilling program, designed to produce data insights and provide water for local ranch holders, who will drill and own the wells with funding from Blue Star.
The company’s strategy is to find and develop new supplies of low-cost, high-grade helium in North America.
The helium explorer’s half-year report showed cash reserves of $3.3 million at the end of June.
In the absence of any petitions, an approval hearing is scheduled for October 27 with the final permit to drill the well expected during Q4 of 2021.
During the June quarter, the company acquired leases over an additional 10,160 net acres, including a key lease over the mapped crestal location at the Galactica prospect which is of particular strategic importance.
A boost in Blue Star Helium’s Colorado landholding will better position the helium explorer and producer to carry out a drilling campaign.

The company has been actively engaging with the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission in pre-vetting several documents that must be submitted to comply with its newly implemented rules.
The Galactica, Pegasus and Argo prospects have been independently assessed to add 6.1 billion cubic feet to the company’s P50 unrisked prospective helium resource.
During the quarter, the company increase landholding by 28% increase to 215,000 - thus greatly consolidating position over targeted drilling prospects.
The company is looking forward to an incredibly active 2021 following its recent A$6 million placement to fund its maiden drilling campaign and additional strategic leasing acquisitions.
Recently, the company acquired an additional 6,720 acres through new leases won at the November Colorado State land auction, bringing its total land position in Las Animas, Colorado, to 182,000 gross (127,000 net) acres.
The funds will be used for a multi-well drilling program along with further material lease acquisitions across Las Animas in Colorado.
The company recently announced an unrisked prospective helium resource for its Enterprise and Galileo prospects.
