Amplia Therapeutics Limited is an Australian, clinical-stage, drug development company focused on the development of two potent, orally-available inhibitors of Focal Adhesion Kinase (FAK) for the treatment of cancer and fibrotic diseases. The first of these drugs, narmafotinib (AMP945), is a highly selective and potent inhibitor of FAK and is currently in a phase 2 clinical trial for pancreatic cancer, in clinical development for ovarian cancer, and advanced preclinical development for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).
