Higher tin prices and the recognition of tin as a fundamental metal to the battery revolution has refocused Venture’s approach to developing the Mount Lindsay Project.
This was Venture’s first exploration drilling program at Mount Lindsay in eight years, with a diamond drill revealing an 11-metre skarn intersection that is now a key exploration target.
The shipment of 45,632 tonnes of iron ore with an average grade of 57.3% Fe has departed the Port of Burnie and the company expects to receive approximately A$5.1 million.

The approval enables the company to move to a 24-hour trucking operation to transport iron ore from Riley Iron Ore mine to the port of Burnie although final approval is still pending Federal Government sign off.
The iron ore will be transported from Venture’s Riley mine in Tasmania to the Burnie port and eventually on to China.
