The company remains on track to realise its first gold production by the December quarter this year and to produce 260,000 ounces of gold in 2023.
Construction continues to track well against schedule, with CIL tanks completed and handed over to the SMP contractor to complete structural steel erection.

The company has kept the market regularly apprised of progress at the project, which remains lost-time injury (LTI) free, with the SAG mill installation progressing on schedule and carbon-in-leach tanks at full height.
“Tietto will incorporate these high‐impact drilling results into a mineral resource update planned for later this year,” said MD Dr Caigen Wang.
“We are fully funded to production at Abujar, which has the potential to be one of the largest gold-producing mines in Côte d’Ivoire,” said MD Dr Caigen Wang.
Construction of the West African gold explorer and developer's flagship project continues apace.
