Market movers: Dell, Kroger, Oklo...

Oklo Inc (NYSE:OKLO) shares fell more than 7% on Friday after the company launched a new $1 billion at-the-market stock offering program.

The move follows the full utilization of Oklo's previous $1 billion ATM program, which was launched in May and exhausted within four months. Under that program, the company sold 17.97 million shares at an average price of $55.64.

Dell Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:DELL) shares hit an all-time high above $562, up 11% on Friday after RBC Capital Markets initiated coverage with an Outperform rating and a $640 price target.

RBC's initiation cited enterprise demand for AI investments, compute modernization, storage expansion and PC refresh, which the firm said should sustain results above Dell's long-term targets.

Kroger Co (NYSE:KR, XETRA:KOG) raised its full-year profit outlook after posting second-quarter earnings that beat Wall Street estimates, even as the grocer trimmed its sales growth forecast.

The company reported adjusted earnings per share of $1.09 for the quarter, ahead of analyst estimates of $1.06 and up 5% from a year earlier. Revenue came in at $34.6 billion, roughly in line with estimates of $34.58 billion and up 2% year-over-year.

Renalytix PLC (AIM:RENX, OTC:RNLXY, FRA:2O9)) advanced to 6p, up 7%, alongside disclosures of a larger UBS holding and share purchases by chief executive James McCullough.

The kidney diagnostics company reported UBS voting rights of 6.62%, up from 5.17% in the previous notification, in a filing released on Friday.

Buccaneer Energy Plc (AIM:BUCE, FRA:LMU1) shares rose over 15% to 0.011p in early Friday trade after chief executive Paul Welch told the SmallCapPix platform that net production has more than doubled since mid-2024.

The AIM-listed oil and gas exploration and production company holds assets in Texas and is building a European onshore gas strategy.
