The acquisition covers 100% of ESH’s issued share capital, including its Australian subsidiaries and two existing Special Prospecting Authorities (SPAs), SPA-47 AO and SPA-44 AO.

At True North, the company tested a 130-kilogram sample from the L10 Zone on Level 16, with a measured head grade of 1.82 grams per tonne gold. The test work produced an average total gold recovery of 93.7%, with 51% recovered through gravity concentration and another 44.5% reporting to the flotation concentrate. Leaching of the reground flotation concentrate averaged 95.5% gold recovery.
