The acquisition covers 100% of ESH’s issued share capital, including its Australian subsidiaries and two existing Special Prospecting Authorities (SPAs), SPA-47 AO and SPA-44 AO.

The intercept was returned from outside the current resource at the Brecha-Comanche target within the Cerro Verde prospect and is interpreted as associated with a shear zone within a broad northwest-trending structural corridor measuring about 1.6 kilometres by 800 metres.
