Potentially AI waitlist hits 25,000 as free licences extended

Potentially AI PLC (AIM:AGI) has said 25,000 people have registered for early access to its consumer application, with more than two-thirds signing up in the past 72 hours.

The AIM-quoted company has responded by increasing the number of free licences on offer.

It had originally made a limited number available for the base tier of its Protect plan, as announced on 5 August.

That number has now been raised to 25,000, so that everyone who has registered so far receives twelve months' free access from the date their account is activated.

Registrants will be onboarded over the coming weeks.

Early access codes will be issued in phases, with users contacted directly as their access becomes available.

Potentially describes itself as a collective AI company, offering multiple artificial intelligence models through a single application rather than requiring separate subscriptions.

Oliver Yonchev, co-founder and chief operating officer, said the response to the free initiative had been phenomenal.

He said the take-up was a clear signal that having all your favourite AI in one app is a value proposition that people want.

Yonchev added that the company wanted to deliver value for its early supporters and would develop the platform alongside those users as it builds out its product portfolio.
