CrowdStrike Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:CRWD) reported first quarter results after the market close on Wednesday, topping Wall Street expectations for both revenue and earnings while announcing a four-for-one stock split.

The cybersecurity company posted revenue of $1.39 billion, up 26% from $1.1 billion a year earlier and above analyst estimates of $1.36 billion. Subscription revenue rose 26% year-over-year to $1.32 billion.

Ulta Beauty Inc (NASDAQ:ULTA) reported first quarter results that exceeded Wall Street expectations, but shares fell nearly 6% as investors focused on a modest increase to the company's full-year earnings guidance.
