Sintana Energy Inc (TSX-V:SEI, OTCQB:SEUSF) said on Thursday it has published an admission document for the listing of its shares on London’s AIM market, with trading expected to begin on December 23, marking a further step in the company’s expansion following its recent acquisition of Challenger Energy Group.

The Canada-based oil and gas explorer said its common shares, represented by depositary interests, will trade on AIM while continuing to be listed on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada and the OTCQX market in the US.

Shares of Micron Technology Inc (NASDAQ:MU) were up 13.5% on Thursday following the memory chip maker’s better-than-expected first-quarter results and upbeat guidance for 2026.

Micron reported revenue of $13.64 billion for Q1’26, surpassing analysts’ estimates of $12.95 billion. Adjusted earnings per share came in at $4.78, well above the $3.95 expected.

Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V:HPY, OTC:HPYCF) reported assay results from its 2025 drill program at the Fox Tungsten Project in British Columbia, with drilling expanding known mineralization at the Ridley Creek (RC) and BN zones.

The Vancouver-based company completed 18 diamond drill holes totaling about 2,176 metres, targeting resource expansion at the two zones in the South Cariboo district.

374Water Inc (NASDAQ:SCWO), a provider of organic waste destruction technology and services, on Thursday named its interim president and CEO Stephen Jones as chairperson of the board.

The company also said Jones completed an open market purchase of 450,000 shares of 374Water common stock, with additional purchases by other members of management disclosed in SEC Form 4 filings.

Coinbase Global Inc (NASDAQ:COIN) is broadening its platform beyond cryptocurrencies, allowing US customers to trade stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) alongside their crypto holdings.

The new offerings, part of a push to become an “everything exchange,” also include prediction markets through Kalshi, decentralized trading of Solana tokens via Jupiter, custom-branded stablecoins, and a range of derivatives and financial services.

Shares in Donald Trump's social media business, Trump Media & Technology Group Corp (NASDAQ:DJT), surged 34% after it agreed to merge with nuclear fusion developer TAE Technologies.

TMTG, which owns the US president’s Truth Social platform, said the merger will make it one of the world’s first publicly traded fusion companies.

Darden Restaurants Inc, the owner of Olive Garden and LongHorn Steakhouse, on Thursday raised its full-year sales forecast for the second consecutive quarter after posting stronger-than-expected revenue and earnings, though rising commodity costs continue to weigh on profits.

For the second quarter, total sales increased 7.3% to $3.1 billion, driven by a 4.3% same-restaurant sales (SRS) gain and revenue from 30 net new restaurants. Reported diluted net earnings per share from continuing operations came in at $2.03, while adjusted EPS rose 2.5% to $2.08, slightly above analyst expectations.

German footwear maker Birkenstock Holding PLC (NYSE:BIRK) reported robust sales and profit for 2025, driven by strong demand for its premium sandals and clogs, but cautioned that growth will slow in the coming year due to production limits and trade-related headwinds.

Revenue for fiscal 2025 rose 18% in constant currency to €2.1 billion, surpassing the company’s guidance range of 15% to 17%. Fourth-quarter revenue climbed 20% in constant currency to €526 million, while the company sold more than 38 million pairs of footwear during the year, up over 12%, with average selling prices increasing 5% in constant currency.

Activist hedge fund Elliott Management has taken a stake of more than $1 billion in Lululemon Athletica Inc (NASDAQ:LULU) and is urging the Vancouver-based retailer to consider Jane Nielsen, a former finance and operations chief at Ralph Lauren, as its next CEO, the Wall Street Journal reported Thursday.

Elliott, now one of Lululemon’s largest shareholders, has been working closely with Nielsen, who helped double Ralph Lauren’s shares and improve margins during her tenure as CFO and COO until earlier this year.

Naked Wines PLC (AIM:WINE, OTCQX:NWINF) shares popped 8.4% higher to 71.97p after the company said it expects underlying earnings to be towards the top end of published guidance.

The improvement is attributed to strong peak trading performance across all markets and disciplined cost control in areas including general and administrative expenses, cost of goods, and acquisition investment.
