European Lithium Ltd (ASX:EUR, OTCQB:EULIF) has begun a 2,000-metre diamond drilling program at the Tanbreez Rare Earth Project in Greenland as the company looks to expand the mineral resource estimate (MRE) for the Fjord Eudialyte Deposit, a key component of the Tanbreez project.

The drilling campaign will target extensions to the east of the existing Fjord Deposit. The current MRE for the deposit includes an Indicated resource of 8.76 million tonnes (Mt) and an Inferred resource of 13.8Mt, for a total of 22.56Mt.

Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V:HPY, OTC:HPYCF) said on Wednesday it had increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement to C$3.75 million, following strong investor demand.

The financing includes charity flow-through units priced at C$0.07 and non-flow-through units at C$0.05, the Canadian junior miner said in a statement.

NanoViricides (NYSE-A:NNVC) is preparing for Phase II clinical testing in Africa, following the World Health Organization’s recent extension of the Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) for the Mpox virus outbreak.

The extension, announced on July 10, comes amid rising cases of the Clade I strain of the Mpox virus (MPXV) in Africa, and sporadic travel-related cases outside the region, including the US, that pose a risk of sustained transmission.

Nevis Brands (CSE:NEVI, OTCQB:NEVIF) said on Wednesday it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with ZT Distribution Inc. to expand the reach of its flagship hemp-derived THC beverage, Happy Apple, across key Midwest markets.

Under the agreement, ZT will distribute Happy Apple in Wisconsin and selected areas of Minnesota and Illinois, giving Nevis access to a network of more than 1,000 grocery stores and retailers.

OKYO Pharma Ltd (NASDAQ:OKYO) on Wednesday reported promising top-line results from a Phase 2 trial of its investigational drug urcosimod for neuropathic corneal pain (NCP), with 75% of patients showing greater than 80% pain reduction after 12 weeks of treatment.

Patients treated with the 0.05% formulation of urcosimod saw a statistically significant reduction in pain scores compared to baseline, as measured by the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), with an average improvement of 5.5 points versus 2.75 in the placebo group.

North Bay Resources Inc. (OTC:NBRI) has begun mobilizing for test mining at its Fran Gold Project in British Columbia after reporting a gold assay of 0.5 ounces per ton (14 grams per ton) from a massive sulphide outcrop between Trenches B and C.

The mineralized zone measures approximately 30 meters by 40 meters with a depth exceeding four meters, representing an estimated 15,000 tons of material, the company said in a statement.

Shares in Alien Metals (LSE:UFO) rose 17% in early trading on Wednesday after the company reported strikingly high-grade silver results from the first two holes of a new drilling programme at its Elizabeth Hill project in Western Australia.

The assays, released by joint venture partner West Coast Silver, included one interval of 21 metres grading 1,047 grams per tonne of silver from a depth of just 10 metres. That included a particularly rich one-metre section at over 15,000 grams per tonne.
