Fuller Smith & Turner PLC (AIM:FSTA) has completed the purchase of a seven-strong portfolio of Warwickshire-based pubs for £22.5 million.

MetalNRG PLC (LSE:MNRG) announced it has raised £244,000 through the issue of convertible loan notes, with proceeds earmarked for specific operational and legal due diligence work on projects that have been identified as potential reverse takeover targets for the company.

The company said it encountered ‘near-continuous helium and hydrogen shows’ while drilling, with levels notably higher than those encountered in previous phases.
