Gander Gold Corp (CSE:GAND) said it has commenced a 70-hole rotary air blast (RAB) drill program across four of its gold projects in Newfoundland.
The company said it has kicked off its drill program at the Gander North project located 15 kilometres east of New Found Gold’s Keats’ Zone discovery.
Trillion Energy International Inc has announced that drilling at its Bayhanli 2 well at the SASB gas field in the Black Sea offshore from Turkiye has reached 3,425 metres (m) total measured depth and true vertical debt of 1,231m, while discovering an “abundance” of gas pay.
The natural gas focused producer said initial petrophysical analysis has indicated about total 43m gas pay in 6 Sand Units of Akcakoca Member.
Namibia Critical Metals (TSX-V:NMI, OTCQB:NMREF) Inc has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to conduct a feasibility study for a proposed rare earth separation plant in Namibia, the company announced.

The clean-tech company said Rio Tinto will contribute technical and operational performance criteria and A$6 million, in exchange for preferential access rights.
Nano One Materials Corp (TSX:NANO, OTC:NNOMF) said phase two of the advanced lithium-ion battery cathode materials coating co-development project with CBMM, the world's leading supplier of Niobium products and technology, has been successfully completed.
The collaboration utilized CBMM's Niobium product to create single nanocrystal coated high-nickel (Ni>90%) NMC cathode active material. The enhanced durability was achieved through Nano One's proprietary One-Pot process and Metal to Cathode Active Material (M2CAM) technology.

Nickel North Exploration Corp announced that it has entered into a loan agreement with SinoTech (Hong Kong) Corporation Limited for a loan to the company in the principal amount of $100,000 for a term of one year. The principal amount will bear interest at a fixed rate of 10% per annum. The loan is unsecured and the company did not pay any bonus to SinoTech in connection with the loan. The lender is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sinotech Minerals Exploration Co. Ltd, with SinoTech owning approximately 50.253% of the issued common shares of the company. As well, Nickel North said it is continuing to work towards completion of the option agreement entered into with 1844 Resources Inc involving the Hawk Ridge nickel/copper project located in northeastern Quebec, previous announced in the news release dated March 6, 2023. The company will also be holding its annual and special general meeting on June 19, 2023 to seek shareholders' approval as required under the option agreement.
Casa Minerals said 20 million warrants issued pursuant to a private placement accepted for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange effective June 25, 2021, have a new expiry date of August 18, 2023, for 16.4 million warrants and September 20, 2023, for 3.6 million warrants. The exercise price of the warrants is unchanged at $0.30. An additional 1,014,200 warrants issued pursuant to a private placement accepted for filing by the exchange effective September 2, 2021, have a new expiry date of October 6, 2023. The exercise price of the warrants is also unchanged at $0.30.
GlobalBlock Digital Asset Trading Ltd said its shareholders have approved the company's proposed disposition of its digital assets business at its recent Annual General and Special Meeting. As well, GlobalBlock announced that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of up to C$300,000, by issuing up to six million company units at a price of C$0.05 per unit. GlobalBlock noted that it intends to use the proceeds from the offering towards its search for businesses to acquire or combine with after it has completed its proposed disposition transaction and for general and administrative expenses. Each unit of the private placement will be comprised of one company common share plus one common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to acquire one GlobalBlock common share, at an exercise price of C$0.10 per share, for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
