Casa Minerals Inc announced an update for an aggregate of over 21 million common share purchase warrants issued as part of its its May 20, 2021 private placement. The plan is to extend the expiry date, reprice the warrants and issue incentive warrants for exercised warrants. The warrants have an exercise price of $0.30 and expiry dates of May 20, June 24 and July 8, 2023. That will become a price of $0.10 that expires on August 18, September 20 and October 06, 2023. respectively. Also, an inducement program will make available an additional share at a price of $0.15 for each exercise warrant.
